Estimated, not verified. These numbers are calculated from typical ingredient data and haven't been checked against a lab or your brands. Check the labels of what you buy and confirm anything that matters to you, especially sodium, sugar and allergens.

* % Daily Value shows how much one serving adds to a 2,000-calorie day. † Net carbs is not on US labels; it is total carbs minus fiber, allulose, erythritol and half of other sugar alcohols. "To taste" amounts are counted as written. Counted items (eggs, cloves, spoons) use the rounded amount shown in the ingredient list. Vitamins and minerals are from raw ingredients; cooking lowers some, especially vitamin C and folate. How this is calculated.

Steps

  1. Put the eggs in the pot and cover with cold water by 2 cm (1 in). Bring to a boil on high.

  2. Turn off the heat, cover and leave 11 minutes. Move the eggs to a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.

  3. Tap each egg all over and peel under running water.

  4. Halve the eggs lengthwise. Pop the yolks into a bowl.

Done looks like: Yolks firm and pale yellow all the way through.
  5. Mash the yolks with the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Done looks like: Smooth and thick, with no dry lumps.
  6. Spoon the filling back into the whites. Dust with paprika.

Pregnancy: Cook the eggs until both white and yolk are firm. Use yogurt made from pasteurized milk.
