* % Daily Value shows how much one serving adds to a 2,000-calorie day. † Net carbs is not on US labels; it is total carbs minus fiber, allulose, erythritol and half of other sugar alcohols. "To taste" amounts are counted as written. Counted items (eggs, cloves, spoons) use the rounded amount shown in the ingredient list. Vitamins and minerals are from raw ingredients; cooking lowers some, especially vitamin C and folate. How this is calculated.

Steps

  1. In a jug, stir the allulose into the warm water until it dissolves.

Done looks like: Clear liquid, no grains on the bottom.
  2. Add the mint. Press the leaves against the side of the jug with a spoon, 8–10 times.

Done looks like: Leaves are bruised dark in spots and the jug smells strongly of mint.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice. Taste. Add allulose 1 tsp at a time if it's too sour.

  4. Fill two glasses with ice. Split the lemon base between them and top with sparkling or still water.

What goes wrong

WhatCauseFix
Grainy, sweetness stays on the bottomAllulose went into cold liquid and did not dissolve.Dissolve it in warm water first, then add the cold things.
BitterMint was shredded or pounded, or lemon pith got squeezed in.Bruise the leaves, don't tear them. Squeeze lemons gently and strain out seeds.
